How does Flagship recruit and qualify its physician specialists?
At the core of our service is a network of physicians unlike any other. Physicians
join the Flagship medical network by invitation only and must meet Flagship's high
standards for medical excellence in order to receive an invitation. It is not enough
to have graduated from a top medical school or to have an affiliation with an excellent
hospital. It also is not enough to be a strong contributor to medical research or
to have a reputation for a good bedside manner. Rather, it is a weighted combination
of these and other factors that helps Flagship identify individual physicians with
the right credentials to oversee our Members health.
