Dr. Roy G. Geronemus is Director of the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of New York and Clinical Professor of Dermatology at the New York University Medical Center. He graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University and earned his M.D. from University of Miami in Florida. He completed his residency at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Geronemus did his fellowship at New York University in MOHS Micrographic Surgery.
He is a past President of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and is currently the president of the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He has been a featured speaker at the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Geronemus founded New York University Medical Center's laser program and has been involved with the development of several new laser systems and therapeutic techniques, which are now commonly used throughout the world.
